Opportunities for Rural Development Foundation (Tinkpansi Lebginsim Sochibisi Tumayili in the local language; Dagbani) is a non-profit making organisation that was established in 2006, formally registered in 2009. The organisation was set up by a local Dulzugu community member, to tackle the climatic challenges that are presenting hazards to the daily lives of rural farmers in the Northern Region of Ghana.
